AbouRepartir Workshop

Repartir Workshop offered free training and mentoring, for a total of 30 hours in person and online, and financial support for 3 months, between April and June 2024.

Students had the opportunity to reflect on strategic communication, write inspiring narratives, analyze data and understand Communication for ESG. The Workshop also featured a lecture on Non-Violent Communication and body dynamics and self-knowledge.
What's more: they put into practice what they learned by producing strategic communication plans for 4 social organizations: Casa da Mulher Joanna de Angelis, Rádio Mixtura, Reflexões da Liberdade and TransAfeto.

Journalist, specialized in Communication for Sustainability and Engagement. In his professional career he has had experience working in website and magazine editorial offices, integrated communications agencies and companies. Today she is coordinator at Instituto Repartir and Director of Communication and Engagement at OSC Entrega por SP.

Graduated in Advertising and Postgraduate in Organizational Marketing, she leads communication strategies, engagement and impact initiatives in the ESG agenda for different audiences.

Elisama Santos
Writer, psychoanalyst and postgraduate in Mental Health. She is certified in Conflict Resolution and Mediation and Conciliation of Interests. Presenter of SAC das Emoções, on the GNT channel, and the Podcast Vai passa, original Spotify. TED Speaker, reference in Non-Violent Communication and Non-Violent Education in Brazil.

Emerson Couto
Journalist and writer, he is a storyteller by passion. He is co-founder of Instituto Repartir. He has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management in Communication and Public Relations and 30 years of experience in the editorial offices of large press vehicles and in Communication Consulting. Volunteer reading mediator.

Letícia Milião
Advertising specialist in Digital Marketing and Strategy of Branding, has 15 years of experience. He was an integral part of Coca-Cola's digitalization strategy and worked in large agencies in the country such as África, F.Biz and Talent Marcel. With awards such as Cannes and El Ojo under his belt, he participated in the creation of the repositioning strategy for important companies.

Lígia Nicácio
Master in Anthropology of Education, she is an educator and dancer trained by the Treme Terra project. She is a member and founding partner of Cia. Cambona. As a dancer, she performed in dance and theater shows, performing at major national festivals and international events. As a singer, she worked in the Grupo Saracura de Humanização Hospitalar for 12 years and sang with Brazilian popular music groups and samba circles.

Luciana Alvarez
Journalist and pedagogue, postgraduate in Strategic Communication and Public Relations, with an MBA in Marketing and Sustainability. He led the areas of Internal and External Communication, Branding, Social Responsibility and Sustainability of large companies and Foundations for 19 years. She is a co-founder of Instituto Repartir and also of Movimento Juntos Vamos Mais Longe.
