ABOUT TRAINING

The Strategic Communication in New Media – Training for the Job Market project offers free training and mentoring to 80 Communication students, in two classes of 40 people. There are 30 hours of online training for each class.

Students have the opportunity to reflect on strategic communication, write
inspiring narratives, analyze data and learn how to use Artificial Intelligence ethically and in favor of good communication. Furthermore: they will put into practice what they learned by producing strategic communication plans for social organizations.

Débora Spitzcovsky
Journalist, specialized in Communication for Sustainability and Engagement. In his professional career he has had experience working in website and magazine editorial offices, integrated communications agencies and companies. Today he works with third sector organizations. She is coordinator at Instituto Repartir and Director of Communication and Engagement at OSC Delivery by SP.

Letícia Milião
Advertising specialist in Digital Marketing and Branding Strategy, has 15 years of experience. He was an integral part of Coca-Cola's digitalization strategy and worked in large agencies in the country such as África, F.Biz and Talent Marcel. With awards such as Cannes and El Ojo under his belt, she participated in the creation of the repositioning strategy for important companies.

Eliane Santos
Graduated in Advertising with a postgraduate degree in Organizational Marketing, she has worked for over 20 years in large companies and has led communication strategies, engagement and impact initiatives on the ESG agenda for different audiences. She is the Sustainability Manager at Natura and LinkedIn Top Voice, being an important influencer on the topic.

Michelle Xavier
With more than 20 years of experience in Marketing at renowned companies such as iFood, Claro Brasil, Oi, TIM and Som Livre, she currently works as Director of Marketing & Growth at ClickBus. As an entrepreneur, she founded a digital marketing agency. Technology enthusiast, she will share how artificial intelligence is an ally in the productivity of marketing teams.

Emerson Couto
Journalist and writer, he is a storyteller by passion. He is co-founder of Instituto Repartir. He has a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management in Communication and Public Relations and 30 years of experience in the editorial offices of large press vehicles and in Communication Consulting. Volunteer reading mediator in the Baú de Histórias project, at Instituto ComViver.

Luciana Alvarez
Journalist and pedagogue, postgraduate in Strategic Communication and Public Relations, with an MBA in Marketing and Sustainability. She led the areas of Internal and External Communication, Branding, Social Responsibility and Sustainability of large companies and Foundations for 19 years. She is a co-founder of Instituto Repartir and also of Movimento Juntos Vamos Mais Longe.

INCLUSIVE BANK OF COMMUNICATORS

Students who participate in the project will be in the Inclusive Bank of Communicators from Repartir Institute, that maintains relationships with recruiters, companies and communication agencies. The objective is for training to be a first step towards the insertion of young people into the job market.
