ANA CLARA CAMPOS

Born in Grajaú, São Paulo, but living in Bahia. A graduate student in Advertising and Public Relations at the Federal University of Recôncavo da Bahia, she is passionate about the connections, exchanges, and learning that communication provides. She seeks to build a career marked by narratives that connect closeness, creativity, and purpose. She is an intern at the Repartir Institute.

Originally from Queimados, in the Baixada Fluminense region of Rio de Janeiro, she is a Journalism student at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Communication has always been where her heart finds meaning, as she sees in it a unique plurality and various ways of being. She enjoys listening to stories about women and also presenting them to the world. She is an intern at the Repartir Institute.

A native of Northeastern Brazil, born in João Pessoa (PB) and residing in Cabedelo, she is a Journalism student at the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB). Passionate about communication in its multiple forms, from audiovisual to digital media, from screens to direct contact with people, she believes in the power of narratives to give voice to invisible stories. She is an intern at the Repartir Institute.

Born in Manaus (AM) and a Journalism student, she is interested in different forms of art, culture, and communication. Passionate about music, behavior, and narratives that connect identity, belonging, and representation. Her main motivation is to expand the representation of Amazonas through communication, valuing the stories, cultures, and perspectives of the region. She is an intern at the Repartir Institute.

Father of Felipe, he believes in the power of communication to promote social transformation and reduce inequalities. He also believes in amplifying diverse voices. As Eduardo Galeano once wrote, “when it is true, when it is born from the need to speak, the human voice cannot be stopped.” He is a journalist, writer, communication consultant, and co-founder of Instituto Repartir.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro and a graduate in Journalism, she lives in Passos (MG) and studies Advertising and Public Relations at UEMG. She believes in communication and image as tools capable of strengthening connections and amplifying voices. A native of Rio de Janeiro residing in São Gonçalo, he creates a space for exchange, creativity, and transformation through communication. A journalism student at Salgado de Oliveira University, he focuses his attention on culture, entertainment, behavior, and digital trends, believing in the power of narratives to connect people and generate impact. He is currently an intern at the Repartir Institute.

PAMELA MATOS

Born and raised in São Paulo, the daughter of parents from the Northeast of Brazil, she now lives in Ceará. For a long time she was an only child, but now, as an adult, she has two younger sisters. Becoming a role model for them is one of her goals. She found in communication a way to listen to and transform stories, acting as a bridge for positive change. She is an intern at the Repartir Institute.

With a degree in Journalism, she specialized in Communication for Sustainability and Engagement. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained experience in newsrooms of websites and magazines, integrated communication agencies, and companies. Today, she works with third-sector organizations, applying her professional knowledge to socio-environmental causes. She is a coordinator at Instituto Repartir.

Born in Santos-SP and mother of Felipe, she holds degrees in Journalism and Pedagogy. She has worked for 20 years in the fields of communication, branding, social responsibility, and sustainability, in both the second and third sectors. With the dream of generating social impact, she is the co-founder of Instituto Repartir. She believes in diversity and in the multiplicity of skills and competencies as pathways to transformation.

DAIANY SALDANHA

From Ceará, Daiany França Saldanha is a social entrepreneur, consultant, and researcher in the third sector with over 20 years of experience in the social field. She is a PhD candidate and holds a Master’s degree in Social Change and Political Participation from EACH-USP. She is co-founder of the collective Pretas do Impacto and executive director of Mais Impacto. She also leads the sports division at Instituto MOL and is a mentor at Rede CT – Training and Transformation.

RENATA SAAVEDRA

Born in Rio de Janeiro, she is a researcher with a degree in Journalism and History. For about eight years, she has been working with philanthropy related to social justice in organizations dedicated to strengthening institutions, groups, and movements that defend rights across the country. She believes in communication as a way to build bridges and connections for a more equitable Brazil.

ELIA SANTOS

Born in the city of Santos (SP), she holds a degree in Advertising and is passionate about Branding. She believes that brands are built by people and that her role is to promote transformations with a clear and genuine purpose. With over 17 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she has witnessed firsthand what it means to develop initiatives for vulnerable communities and their impacts.

ELIANE SANTOS

Originally from Itanhaém (SP), she holds a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Marketing. She has 17 years of experience in communication and around 5 years of experience in sustainability, with a focus on social and environmental impact, and believes that this impact should contribute to a prosperous society based on equity for all.

FELIPE AZEVEDO

Born in São Paulo (SP), he holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Finance. He has worked for over 10 years as a Business Controller in a Brazilian company in the construction materials sector. Throughout his journey, many people contributed to his development, and for this reason, he wants to give back part of this knowledge through Repartir, which focuses on combating social inequality.
