Born in Fortaleza (CE), she considers herself a product of public youth policies. A trans rights activist, she is a gender researcher and Digital Marketing student. She believes her work in developing the intersection between Gender and Digital Communication is a strong contribution to rethinking and restructuring access, permanence, and success for dissident bodies within institutions. She is an intern at Instituto Repartir.

FRANCICLÉIA PACHECO
Born and raised in Muaná, on Marajó Island, from the waters came her desire to break barriers in pursuit of personal and professional fulfillment. She moved to Ananindeua to study at the Federal University of Pará. She sees the field as a powerful tool for transformation, dissemination, and sharing of knowledge beyond physical boundaries. She is an intern at Instituto Repartir.

With a degree in Journalism, she specialized in Communication for Sustainability and Engagement. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained experience in newsrooms of websites and magazines, integrated communication agencies, and companies. Today, she works with third-sector organizations, applying her professional knowledge to socio-environmental causes. She is a coordinator at Instituto Repartir.

Originally from Belo Horizonte (MG), she sees communication as a way to connect with the world and broaden horizons. Always capturing moments, she enjoys expressing her worldview through photography. She found a greater purpose in communication and believes that communicating goes beyond informing: it is about building bridges, opening paths, and transforming realities. She is an intern at Instituto Repartir.

Father of Felipe, he believes in the power of communication to promote social transformation and reduce inequalities. He also believes in amplifying diverse voices. As Eduardo Galeano once wrote, “when it is true, when it is born from the need to speak, the human voice cannot be stopped.” He is a journalist, writer, communication consultant, and co-founder of Instituto Repartir.

Born in Santos-SP and mother of Felipe, she holds degrees in Journalism and Pedagogy. She has worked for 20 years in the fields of communication, branding, social responsibility, and sustainability, in both the second and third sectors. With the dream of generating social impact, she is the co-founder of Instituto Repartir. She believes in diversity and in the multiplicity of skills and competencies as pathways to transformation.

DAIANY SALDANHA
From Ceará, Daiany França Saldanha is a social entrepreneur, consultant, and researcher in the third sector with over 20 years of experience in the social field. She is a PhD candidate and holds a Master’s degree in Social Change and Political Participation from EACH-USP. She is co-founder of the collective Pretas do Impacto and executive director of Mais Impacto. She also leads the sports division at Instituto MOL and is a mentor at Rede CT – Training and Transformation.

ELIA SANTOS
Born in the city of Santos (SP), she holds a degree in Advertising and is passionate about Branding. She believes that brands are built by people and that her role is to promote transformations with a clear and genuine purpose. With over 17 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, she has witnessed firsthand what it means to develop initiatives for vulnerable communities and their impacts.

RENATA SAAVEDRA
Born in Rio de Janeiro, she is a researcher with a degree in Journalism and History. For about eight years, she has been working with philanthropy related to social justice in organizations dedicated to strengthening institutions, groups, and movements that defend rights across the country. She believes in communication as a way to build bridges and connections for a more equitable Brazil.

ELIANE SANTOS
Originally from Itanhaém (SP), she holds a degree in Advertising and a postgraduate degree in Organizational Marketing. She has 17 years of experience in communication and around 5 years of experience in sustainability, with a focus on social and environmental impact, and believes that this impact should contribute to a prosperous society based on equity for all.

FELIPE AZEVEDO
Born in São Paulo (SP), he holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Finance. He has worked for over 10 years as a Business Controller in a Brazilian company in the construction materials sector. Throughout his journey, many people contributed to his development, and for this reason, he wants to give back part of this knowledge through Repartir, which focuses on combating social inequality.
