About the Organization
The Encantaria Institute was founded in 2020 in Pará, based on the experiences of its founder, Marcionila de Almeida, after nine months of incarceration. The organization works inside and outside prisons with support, training, and political advocacy to ensure dignified new beginnings for women who have experienced incarceration.
Organizational Objectives
Strengthen the organization's institutional communication so that its work is understood, supported, and amplified.
Communication Challenges
Redefine the CSO's name and logo to align them with its purpose;
Humanize former and incarcerated women through communication to combat stigma and prejudice;
Structure a social media plan using simple and effective language;
Strengthen the CSO's digital presence through strategic communication that highlights its history, purpose, and social impact.

Redefinition of the organization's identity and name (from ISACADEE to Instituto Encantária);

Institutional website, attracting and raising awareness among donors, volunteers, and partners.
