Project Proposal
Training low-income university students in crafting literary narratives to facilitate their qualified entry into the labor market.
Production of a book by this group of young people behind innovative initiatives that promote cultural inclusion.

General objectives
Provide opportunities for training, work, and income to low-income university students, prioritizing Black women from various regions of Brazil. Participants will receive a stipend for the workshop and an internship allowance for the book production process.
To provide visibility to and disseminate peripheral cultural practices among the general public, inspiring their replication in other territories.

Value Proposition for the Sponsor
Boost the education, professional training, and productive integration of university students from low-income families—particularly Black women from marginalized communities and LGBTQ+ individuals—thereby reducing structural inequalities and fostering a more innovative and diverse labor market.
To boost the promotion of projects that foster cultural inclusion for people from the city's outskirts through a printed artistic work, based on the perspectives of youth from São Paulo's peripheral neighborhoods.
